Store Return Policy

Something not right with your order?

​

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@beulifecoaching.com. Please note that this is the only way to initiate a return or exchange.

​

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please be advised that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate any return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

In the event that an exchange is offered, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What's your return policy?

We only offer returns and exchanges, on items that are damaged, defective or incorrect. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at returns@beulifecoaching.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at returns@beulifecoaching.com with your order number and photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at returns@beulifecoaching.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
